Chilli Crabs
Ingredients:
Crabs 1kg
Sambal Chilli Paste 300g
Ketchup 2 tablespoon
Chilli Sauce 2 tablespoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Stocks 900ml
Eggs (beaten) 2 pcs
Oil 1 spoonful
Method:
1. Wash & cut crabs into 4 parts.
2. Heat wok and add oil.
3. Put the crabs into heated wok and fry for 2 mins.
4. Add stocks and seasonings, cover wok and cook for 6 mins.
5. Add eggs and fry till well mix.
