Cream Puffs


INGREDIENTS (makes many puffs)
400ml water
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
200g butter
200g flour
8 eggs

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Mix all the ingredients except the flour together and bring to boil.
3. Mix in flour to melted butter.
4. Add eggs one at a time.
5. Spoon mixture or pipe mixture onto greased and floured trays.
6. Bake for until puffed and golden.
